Our association‘s networking unit operates Saxony-wide and in cooperation with “Das Boot gGmbH” reaching out to experts and staff in health care, education and welfare.
It serves as a reception, information and contact centre striving to improve the psychological-social care for refugees in Saxony.
Monday afternoons from 2 pm – 3 pm, we are available to experts in health care, education and welfare and staff from communal refugee accommodations for questions and professional exchange.

The services of the treatment unit of the PSZ Leipzig are aimed at adults, particularly women, who experienced flight and violence, remain traumatized and require further treatment after the initial counselling. Talk therapy sessions are meant to help process traumatizing memories and to strengthen the physical and psychological constitution.

Upon registration, we will schedule an appointment for an initial consultation with a psychologist and social pedagogue and if required an interpreter.
The initial consultation includes a discussion of the further counselling and/or treatment process.
Our team of psychologists, social pedagogues and language mediators has extensive experience in cross-cultural contexts as well as counselling and consultations in different languages, including the use of interpreters. Our team’s language skills include Arabic, German, English, Persian, Russian, Swedish and Spanish. Furthermore, our experts have additional training in the areas of behavioural therapy, systemic therapy and Gestalt therapy.
